The Paleolithic Diet recreates the food sources of humans in the Paleolithic Era, which ended around 10,000 years ago.

The Diet Consists Of An Early Hunter-Gatherer Lifestyle

• Vegetables and fruit of all kinds and colors

• Roots and nuts, such as walnuts, hazelnuts, and almonds

The diet is built on the philosophy of Evolutionary Medicine, which says that today’s humans are genetically the same as our ancestors, and we are genetically adapted to the diet of those ancient humans.
